- Production planning and execution Plan, schedule,



and monitor production activities to meet deadlines and optimize resource use (Plan vs Actual). Monitor variable costs such as consumables, tooling, rework, and PPE.
- Manpower management Lead and allocate direct and indirect shop floor teams to ensure safe, productive operations.
- Quality Management Systems Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
- SAP Production Planning (PP) module Skilled in using SAP PP for tracking and planning.
- Exposure to CNC & VMC machines Familiarity with CNC/VMC operations, setup, basic troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Statutory compliance Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
