- Project monitoring and reporting Track project progress, align with production plans, and flag risks or delays.
- Cross-functional coordination Supervise and guide shop floor teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Quality and compliance Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018, and apply tools like 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5S, and Kaizen.
- System and process knowledge Operate and maintain documentation using SAP/ERP systems for production tracking, inventory, and resource planning
