Job Title: Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Services

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 3-5 years

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Cloud & Infra Services team. This critical role demands immediate expertise in Azure Active Directory, M365, and Windows Server environments to drive essential infrastructure projects and support.

1. Administer and support critical Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
2. Manage and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) for user provisioning, synchronization, and identity management.
3. Provide expert support for Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and authentication services.
4. Develop and maintain robust PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
5. Configure and troubleshoot essential security solutions, including MFA, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF, to protect our cloud services.
6. Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, and project teams to deliver seamless cloud and infrastructure integration and migration initiatives.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
8. Participate actively in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-implementation support for cloud and infrastructure services.

Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (3-5 years) in cloud and infrastructure engineering roles.

Mandatory expertise in Azure Active Directory and M365 Suites of Products.

Strong proficiency with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.

Demonstrated ability to develop and utilize PowerShell for automation.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity management principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system health.
