About the Role

Boggo’s is a pet nutrition brand offering dog food, treats and supplements. We’re looking for a hands-on e-commerce professional to own marketplace operations and drive profitable growth, working directly with the founder.

Responsibilities

- Grow sales and profitability across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho through better listings, pricing, promotions and product selection.
- Coordinate with our Amazon advertising agency, review results and own overall Amazon performance. Manage Flipkart and Meesho advertising.
- Maintain account health, resolve listing issues and coordinate with designers to improve product content and conversion.
- Plan inventory and replenishment with operations; coordinate returns, claims and settlement issues with finance.
- Track channel-wise sales, advertising costs and margins. Identify opportunities and execute improvements independently.
- Support Shopify merchandising,



repeat-purchase campaigns and expansion into quick-commerce platforms.

Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, with evidence of improving sales or profitability. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and an understanding of marketplace advertising, inventory and channel economics are essential.

Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or Shopify is preferred. We value ownership, commercial judgement and consistent follow-through.

Performance Incentive

Earn 1% of overall net e-commerce revenue across channels when both agreed revenue and margin targets are achieved, over and above fixed salary. Net revenue is after discounts, cancellations and returns, excluding GST. Assessment and payout terms will be documented at joining.
