Role & responsibilities

- 7+ years of overall experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering.

- At least 4+ years of recent, hands-on experience in on-premises infrastructure and DevOps.

- 3+ years of experience in a senior, lead, or technical ownership capacity.

- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins pipeline development and maintenance.

- Practical experience managing virtualized infrastructure using VMware, ESXi, vSphere, or equivalent hypervisors.

- Production experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in Terraform and/or Ansible.

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IPAM, subnetting, VLANs, and CIDR.

- Experience with Git-based source control and Azure Repos or equivalent platforms.

- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and guide junior engineers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates currently working in Senior DevOps Engineer, Lead DevOps Engineer,



Infrastructure Automation Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SRE roles.

- Professionals with strong, recent hands-on experience in on-premises data center environments and Jenkins CI/CD.

- Candidates who have independently managed infrastructure provisioning, Kubernetes operations, and end-to-end CI/CD automation.

- Engineers with experience in hybrid infrastructure environments, VMware/Nutanix/KVM, Terraform/Ansible, and Kubernetes.

- Candidates with exposure to ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM, OPA/Rego, Vault, and observability tools will be preferred.

- Robust ownership, problem-solving, mentoring, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Candidates comfortable working from the Noida office for an initial 3-month contract, extendable based on project requirements.
