Senior Design Engineer / R&D; Engineer – New Product Development

Purpose

Responsible for conceptualization, design, development, validation and industrialization of recent products.

Key Responsibilities

· Product concept development

· Design calculations

· Prototype development

· Design validation

· Risk analysis

· Patent and innovation support

· Product cost optimization

· Cross-functional project management

· Technology scouting

Experience

· 8-10 years in design and product development

· Complete product development lifecycle exposure

· Prototype-to-production experience

Technical Skills

· Product design methodology

· Engineering calculations

· FEA understanding (Exposure to FEA tools, especially to Electromagnetics is preferable)

· Material science





· Design validation

· Reliability engineering

· DFMEA

· DFM/DFA

· Value engineering

· CAD software (For instance, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, etc.)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
