We are looking for hands-on Lead Design Architects with robust experience in US-based residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects.

US project experience is mandatory.

What we're looking for:

- 10–15+ years of architectural experience
- Strong hands-on experience with US projects
- Experience in residential, high-rise residential and/or commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA and US building codes
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills




- Solid understanding of architectural detailing and execution
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience taking projects from concept through detailed design and IFC documentation
- Ability to work with US clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Must remain hands-on with architectural design, not purely coordination or people management

Good to have:

- Modular / prefabricated construction experience
- Parametric / computational design exposure
- Rhino, Dynamo or similar tools
- Architect of Record experience

For the Vizag position: The selected candidate will initially work from our Gurugram office to understand our processes, standards and design approach, before transitioning to Vizag. Important: Candidates without meaningful US project design experience will not be considered.
