About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a critical client-facing role, leading a large engagement, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving excellence in delivery governance. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven record of managing complex client relationships and PMO operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a large-scale engagement with accountability for delivery, client satisfaction, and overall program success.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
- Drive stakeholder management across multiple levels from client executives to internal leadership and delivery teams.
- Oversee PMO activities, including project planning, tracking, risk management, staffing needs and performance metrics.




- Develop and maintain key project dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ensure transparency in delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities, providing timely resolution strategies.
- Manage complex client expectations with a focus on long-term relationship building and value creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience (12+ years) in managing large engagements or portfolios.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across levels.
- Experience in PMO functions including project governance, reporting, and metrics management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing demanding or challenging clients with professionalism and composure.
- Location: Must be based out of Hyderabad and willing to work on-site at the client location (5 days a week).
