Senior Consultant: Oracle EPM + ARCS & PCM

Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid) | Contract (6 months) | 5+ years

Relanto is hiring a Senior Consultant with Oracle EPM experience across Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) to deliver finance close and profitability solutions on a 6-month contract.

What you’ll do

- Implement and support Oracle ARCS, including reconciliation setup, formats, matching rules and workflows
- Design and maintain PCM applications and cost allocation models
- Work with Finance teams to understand account reconciliation, close and profitability requirements
- Build data integrations between EPM and ERP/GL source systems, with validation and reconciliation
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, enhancements and production support
- Prepare documentation,



and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and business users

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of relevant Oracle EPM experience, with hands-on ARCS and PCM
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, financial close and cost allocation concepts
- Experience configuring reconciliation matching, transaction matching and approval workflows
- Experience with data integration and data loading from ERP/source systems
- Working knowledge of EPM security, metadata and automation
- Robust SQL skills and good finance and accounting knowledge
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
