Role & responsibilities

- Recruit highly qualified external candidates for full time professional and managerial positions for MNC.

- Support our clients to identify potential, strong candidates matching with the Job descriptions across various skills along with scheduling, interview coordination and end to end candidate journey in the overall hiring process.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and qualifications.

- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment plans to proactively fill positions in a timely manner.

- Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties

- Partners efficiently with hiring managers to help them onboard candidates while negotiating salaries and compensation packages.

- Prepare and maintain an active database of potential candidates reached out in the market.

- Look at optimal LinkedIn and other platforms usage for advertising hiring requirements.

- Research trends in recruitment techniques and use them effectively for faster recruitment process.





- Search candidates through Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, Headhunting, Social Media and other mechanisms as per the client needs.

- Develops candidates pipeline in line with the for closure of open requisitions.

- Negotiates offers and finalizes earliest date of joining for candidates across various clients.

- Effective candidate management and maintain coordination & relationship with candidate till the time the candidate onboards the client.

- Track hiring results on designated recruiting events and job postings
