As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Talentlo, you will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure that powers our AI-driven hiring platform. Your work will directly shape the reliability and performance of a product used by hiring teams across India.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable cloud architectures on AWS and Azure to support production workloads
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, reliable, and automated deployments
- Develop and manage cloud-native services, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to automate provisioning and configuration management
- Monitor cloud environments, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive optimisation initiatives




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust cloud solutions
- Enforce cloud security best practices including identity management, encryption, and access controls
- Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Contribute to technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Must have experience of 3+ years with DevOps and Cloud and other related technologies
- Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator (Good to have)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation (Good to have)
