About the Role AdvanceCred Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Client Relationship Officer – Personal Loans.

The role is primarily focused on generating qualified personal loan leads through outbound telecalling, converting prospects into customers, and driving successful loan disbursements.

We are looking for individuals with strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Proactively conduct outbound calls to identify potential customers and generate qualified personal loan leads.
- Sales Conversion: Convert prospective customers into successful loan applications and disbursements.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable personal loan solutions.
- Follow-ups and Closures: Manage regular follow-ups, address customer queries, and maximize lead-to-disbursement conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversion progress.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with processing and operations teams to facilitate documentation, approvals, and timely disbursements.





Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, personal loan sales, banking, NBFCs, or DSA operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-convincing skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and drive conversions.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and sales targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset may also apply.
