Goregaon East, Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate the delivery of event commitments. The ideal candidate should be confident handling client communication, managing multiple requirements, and working closely with internal teams. An events background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event cycle.
- Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs, timelines, and deliverable trackers
- Coordinate with design, marketing, production, and operations teams to fulfil commitments.
- Manage client approvals, feedback, changes, and escalations.
- Support event-day coordination and complete post-event client follow-ups.

Required Skills Qualifications
- Experience independently managing client accounts and project coordination.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Attention to detail in briefs, proposals, and delivery tracking.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools.





Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with an event agency, exhibition organiser, or conference business.
- Experience handling exhibitors, sponsors, or brand partnerships.
- Ability to guide junior team members and coordinate across departments.
- Immediate availability to join.
