The Opportunity

We’re looking for a well-connected, commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our Socials vertical, covering weddings, private celebrations, and bespoke décor experiences. This role is about building strong industry relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting them into profitable business.

What You’ll Do

- Drive new business for weddings, social celebrations, and décor projects.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, luxury hotels, venues, event agencies, and industry partners.
- Identify and develop current client opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Lead client conversations, understand briefs, and collaborate with creative and operations teams to develop proposals.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business.




- Manage the sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business forecasts.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the weddings and celebrations industry.

What You’ll Bring

- 5–8 years of experience in business development within weddings, social events, luxury hospitality, décor, or the events industry.
- A strong network across Mumbai’s wedding and celebrations ecosystem.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and client management abilities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with an eye for design, detail, and experiential concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
