- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, order finalization, project coordination, and collections.
- Handle key accounts individually, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and EPCs.
- Coordinate with design, service, and accounts teams for smooth execution, timely delivery, and payment realization.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection goals with a solid focus on profitability.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and post-installation support.
- Travel Pan-India as required for client meetings, project sites, and business development activities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
