We are seeking a Business Analyst II with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud , and collaborating with business and technical teams in an Agile workplace.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments.
- Requirements gathering and documentation, including user stories, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Business process modeling and analysis.
- Stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
- UAT planning, coordination, and defect management.
- CRM platform experience; Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
