- Key responsibilitiesBrand strategy, architecture and governance• Own and evolve brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across all B2B touchpoints of the Group, its verticals and companies.
- Manage brand architecture: how the Group, verticals and companies relate to, endorse and differentiate from one another.
- Act as custodian of the Brand Guidelines: maintain the brand playbook, approve branded output and run periodic compliance audits.
- Translate business goals into brand narratives that resonate with clients, investors, government stakeholders and the wider industry.
- Run brand audits, perception studies and competitor benchmarking, and feed the findings into an annual brand plan.

- Own the content calendar and oversee thought leadership, case studies, articles and corporate announcements.
- Keep the brand voice consistent across pitch decks,
proposals, credentials and all client-facing communication.
- Build and maintain the promotional toolkit: credentials deck, corporate brochure, case studies and client communication templates.
- Own website content and SEO direction with the web partner.
Digital presence and measurement• Grow the Group’s authority on LinkedIn and YouTube, with a focus on reach, engagement quality and industry credibility.

- Be accountable for the volume and quality of qualified enquiries and campaign-sourced leads, tracked in the CRM against quarterly targets agreed with Sales and Business Development.
- Run monthly pipeline reviews with Sales and Business Development to track how campaign-sourced leads convert into opportunities and revenue. Sales and Business Development remain accountable for conversion and closure.
Internal brand, client recall and employer brand• Build internal brand culture and a brand-ambassador programme with leadership,
so employees understand and embody the Group’s ethos and values.
- Partner with HR on employer branding.
- Design client recall and retention initiatives — newsletters, emailers, brochures and personalised touchpoints — jointly with Sales, and set brand standards for hospitality, gifting and corporate greetings.
Team, agency and budget leadership• Lead, mentor and set goals for the brand, design, content and social team.
- Empanel, brief and govern external agencies, designers and production vendors, with defined scopes, rate cards and performance reviews.
