This role will be responsible for managing the online bidding process to secure web design and development projects from various online platforms and clients. If you have a passion for web design and development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning projects through online bidding, we want to hear from you.

?Key Responsibilities:

- ?Develop a comprehensive online bidding strategy to identify potential projects, assess their feasibility, and determine the best approach to secure them.
- ?Maintain and expand our presence on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others. Create and optimize company profiles, portfolios, and proposals.
- ?Identify and research potential clients, projects, and opportunities. Proactively reach out to clients through online platforms and other channels.
- ?Create persuasive and professional project proposals that address client needs, showcase our companys capabilities, and differentiate us from competitors.




- ?Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable project pricing strategies that align with market trends and client budgets.
- ?Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts, favorable terms, and project details. Ensure the final agreements meet the companys objectives.
- ?Build and maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- ?Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
- ?Monitor and analyze bidding performance metrics, such as win rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated through online bidding.

?Requirements:

- ?Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
