Senior Audit Manager – CA Firm (CA Inter Qualified)

Seejo Jose & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Thrissur, is looking for an experienced and capable Senior Audit Manager to independently manage the firm's day-to-day operations, supervise staff and oversee client assignments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to manage the office efficiently with minimal supervision from the proprietor.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the daily operations of the CA firm.
- Supervise, guide and manage the audit and accounting team.
- Allocate assignments, monitor staff performance and ensure timely completion of work.
- Oversee Income Tax, GST, TDS and other statutory compliance assignments.
- Manage Internal Audits, Statutory Audits and Tax Audits.
- Review financial statements, audit reports, tax returns and CA certificates.
- Handle preparation and verification of various CA certificates, including turnover, net worth and other financial certificates.
- Communicate directly with clients and resolve accounting, taxation and audit-related queries.
- Ensure quality control, accuracy and compliance with statutory deadlines.




- Independently handle office administration and day-to-day operational decisions.
- Coordinate with the proprietor on important technical and administrative matters.

Qualification & Experience

- CA Intermediate qualified (CA Inter) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a practising CA firm – Mandatory.
- Solid practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, accounting and auditing.Extensive experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and CA certification assignments.
- Proficiency in Tally/TallyPrime, MS Excel and taxation software.
- Previous experience in managing staff and handling multiple client assignments independently.

- Ability to independently manage a CA office with minimal supervision.
- Excellent technical knowledge of taxation, auditing and accounting.
- Good communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritise assignments and meet statutory deadlines.

Salary & Benefits ₹50,000 per month, with additional allowances for the right candidate based on experience, technical expertise and managerial capabilities.
