Responsible for assisting with research, analysis and reporting on varying topics related to our client work and internal operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Research

- Search through materials, online, etc. to find and aggregate data regarding client work and internal operations

- Metrics and Analysis

- Weekly and monthly reports and analysis to Partner team to assist in driving business decisions

- Identifying new analysis needed as business needs change

Desired Candidate Profile

- College degree or equivalent (ideally in accounting, systems, or business-related topics)

- 3-5 years of experience
- An understanding of finance, accounting, and financial reporting (CPA or accounting professional optional)

- Strong Excel skills

- Strong analytics skills able to sift through large data volumes and pull-out insights, observations, and findings

- Ability to organize and report analysis into usable reports

- Good attention to detail

- Valuable problem-solving skills (i.e., think of alternative data sources to find required information)

- Strong Excel skills
