- Designation: Senior Associate
- Location: Gurugram
- Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
- Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and prosecute patent applications across core ICT domains, including software, telecommunications, networking, Electrical, AI/ML, and cloud computing.
- Independently deliver client-ready patent specifications, search reports, and office action responses.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards across complex technical and legal frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or a related field.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and prior art searches in the ICT sector.
- Sharp analytical mindset and solid technical writing skills.
