As a Senior Associate in Enterprise & Functional Strategy you will support finance consulting engagements focused on finance function strategy, operating model design, and organizational design. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will help clients assess current finance structures, identify gaps in processes and roles, and develop practical recommendations that support transformation, change management, and business performance.
As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex workstreams, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members while navigating shifting client needs and priorities. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to capital markets and deals support, CFO agenda shaping, digital and AI-first finance transformation, and operating model redesign while validating deliverables, interpreting feedback, and advancing your technical skills in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing finance function operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Designing target operating models, roles,
and service delivery structures that align with client finance strategy
- Supporting finance transformation workstreams across day-one readiness, separation, integration, and post-deal planning
- Developing executive presentations, transformation roadmaps, and business cases for senior client stakeholders
- Interpreting financial, operational, and organizational data to inform recommendations and scenario analysis
- Applying financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization skills to shape strategic decisions
- Facilitating workshops and decision forums to gather input, align priorities, and advance implementation plans
- Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing coaching on problem solving and methodology
- Contributing to digital finance initiatives, including automation opportunities and AI-enabled use cases
- Building client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and adapting to shifting business conditions
What You Must Have
- At least a Master of Business Administration/CA's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
