Analyze client requests carry out research to gain in-depth knowledge of the client s industry

Identify the most relevant subject matter experts across various geographies for each project

Employ various resources like Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. to reach out to these experts

Empanel subject matter experts by effectively explaining how on-demand consultations work

Establish intellectual rapport with experts, manage expectations assist them on ongoing basis

Work on periodic research tasks, contribute to internal knowledge database for various domains

Coordinate with experts the client account managers to facilitate calls with Infollion clients

Qualifications

Atleast 2-3 years of experience in business/market research firm, industry association A penchant for a front-end role that involves intellectual conversations with industry experts

High motivation to work in a dynamic work setting willingness to overachieve

Proficiency in verbal and written business communication along with time management skills

Ability and willingness to work in a team setting while ensuring individual goals are met

Should be comfortable working in US shift timings (10 pm to 7 am)
