Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architect with experience in the real estate sector, preferably in residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting architectural design, planning, preparation of working drawings, and project coordination while ensuring compliance with building regulations, design standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Assist in concept development, space planning, façade design, and design optimization for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, DCR regulations, and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing presentations, BOQs, material specifications, and design reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities for statutory approvals and clearances.
- Identify design discrepancies and support the resolution of technical issues during project execution.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.
- Relevant experience in residential real estate projects.
- Knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and project coordination.

Compensation The salary package will be based on the candidate's current CTC and relevant experience. The client is willing to offer approximately 10–12% hike on current CTC, subject to the applicable budget.
