We re Hiring: Senior Analyst I - IT Compliance | Bangalore, India Passionate about IT controls, audits, and GRC Join the IT GRC team of a leading life sciences and genomics organization in Bangalore and help keep our technology environment compliant and audit-ready.

What you'll do

- Use compliance tools to support IT general controls: change management, user access, vendor risk, SOX, PCI DSS, software assessments, backup management, and job scheduling
- Support internal and external audits by collecting, organizing, and documenting evidence
- Track remediation activities and follow-ups through closure
- Support process improvements, quarterly/annual self-assessments, and small-to-medium compliance projects
- Respond to compliance inquiries, support SAP Security and cross-functional activities, and help identify compliance gaps and standard work





What we re looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT compliance, IT audit, information security, or Risk & Compliance
- 2+ years of experience in IT, Risk, Compliance, GRC, Security, or Infrastructure
- 1-3 years supporting IT audits, compliance activities, or control-based processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying detail-driven, organized, and results-oriented

Positive to have
