RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training and implement applications.
- Assist in mining, analyzing and interpreting data and information from the data warehouse to meet specific client and business needs.
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting recent or existing Customer Relationship Management functions.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility and accuracy.
- Participate in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating sales, marketing and administrative user needs.
- Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensuring system integration.
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics.
- Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for data constructing and maintaining processes.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
- Identify and recommend new ways to streamline business processes
- Use data to create models
- Research, analyze, and interpret source data as necessary to fulfill business requirements
- Provide high level, preliminary technical specifications to be used in subsequent data modeling and integration
