Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2-4 years of experience to support development, configuration, administration, and enhancement activities across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Sales Cloud.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development skills combined with good knowledge of platform configuration. The candidate will work on clearly defined requirements covering Apex development, Lightning components, UI changes, workflows, reports, dashboards, testing, and user administration.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Configuration

- Perform Salesforce UI adaptations and configuration, including layouts, fields, Lightning pages, and related UI changes.
- Configure Salesforce functionality based on defined functional and business requirements.
- Configure and maintain standard workflows and process automation.
- Support pipeline management and Sales Cloud configuration.
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of Financial Services Cloud functionality.

Reports Dashboards
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Configure reports based on business, pipeline, customer, and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot report and dashboard-related issues.

Salesforce Development
- Develop Apex classes and triggers based on clearly defined technical requirements.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Lightning components.
- Write effective SOQL queries and work with Salesforce objects and data models.
- Debug and resolve development and configuration issues.
- Follow established Salesforce coding and development standards.

Required Skills




- 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud.
- Experience with or good working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Hands-on development experience with Apex.
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Good knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data models.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative capabilities.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of Salesforce workflows and process automation.
- Experience writing Apex test classes and performing unit testing.
- Understanding of Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access management.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from clearly defined functional and technical requirements.
- Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification.
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud implementations.
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Exposure to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, lending, or financial services projects.

Required Preferred

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce credential/certification related to Financial Services Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
