✅ Develop and deploy AI solutions, APIs, and intelligent applications into production environments.

✅ Establish monitoring frameworks for model performance, accuracy, drift detection, and continuous improvement.

✅ Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability AI platforms.

✅ Lead AI initiatives independently while collaborating with business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.

✅ Mentor AI engineers and define AI development best practices, governance, and standards.

Experience Required
- 8+ years in Software Engineering/AI.
- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML implementation experience.
- Successfully delivered multiple enterprise AI projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and Autonomous Workflow Automation.
- Experience leading technical teams and client-facing AI initiatives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
