Role : Senior AI ENgineer

Minimum 9+ Years

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, data quality, test automation, analytics engineering, AI/ML engineering, or a related field.
- Robust experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and automated testing.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt-based applications.
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval, RAGAS, LangSmith, Arize

Phoenix, TruLens, or similar tools.
- Ability to independently verify whether an AI-generated answer is correct using underlying data and evidence.
- Strong understanding of test design, regression testing, edge cases, failure analysis, and quality metrics.




- Experience evaluating data-driven or AI-powered applications in production environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify subtle response errors.

Nice to Have

- Experience with agentic AI, tool-calling systems, or multi-step AI workflows.
- Familiarity with semantic technologies, or graph databases.
- Experience with data analytics, BI platforms, or enterprise data systems.
- Understanding of AI observability, model evaluation, prompt evaluation, or AI safety and guardrails.
- Experience building evaluation datasets or human-in-the-loop review systems.
