:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and productionize AI/ML solutions across enterprise use cases. The role requires a strong combination of software engineering, AI/ML expertise, GenAI, LLMs, and system architecture, with the ability to take AI solutions from experimentation to scalable production systems.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable working across AI models, data, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications. They will also be expected to provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Design and develop production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex business problems.

 Architect and implement LLM-powered applications, including RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.

 Develop and integrate AI models using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.

 Build scalable AI services and APIs using Python and modern backend frameworks.

 Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and semantic/knowledge layers.

 Implement AI engineering practices around evaluation, observability, guardrails, security, latency, and cost optimization.

 Design AI/ML pipelines covering experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

 Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise data platforms, applications, APIs, and cloud services.

 Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies and translate them into practical enterprise solutions.

 Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for AI platforms and products.

 Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices for AI development and productionization.

 Collaborate with product managers,



data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 10–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related technical roles.

 Strong hands-on Python development experience and solid software engineering fundamentals.

 Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts.

 Proven experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI applications in production.

 Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, LLM orchestration, and AI agents.

 Experience working with one or more major LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or equivalent.

 Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, databases, and cloud architecture.

 Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

 Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI/guardrails.

 Ability to independently drive technical design and implementation of complex AI solutions.

 Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

 Experience building agentic AI / multi-agent systems and complex AI workflows.

GOOD TO HAVE:

 Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, or GraphRAG.

 Experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model serving, CI/CD, and AI observability platforms.

 Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, Redis, or equivalent.

 Experience with fine-tuning, model adaptation, or open-source LLMs.

 Experience with AI security, governance, privacy, and enterprise AI architecture.

 Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangGraph, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.

 Experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring senior engineers.

 Robust understanding of data engineering, streaming, distributed data processing, and modern data platforms.

EDUCATION:

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
