Core responsibilities

- Build AI features that classify enquiries, extract structured information from emails and documents, produce grounded summaries, and prepare useful drafts. Validate model outputs before they enter business systems.

- Develop and evaluate prompts, schemas, model choices, and tool-calling workflows. Use retrieval-augmented generation when a task needs current company knowledge, with source references and access controls.

- Connect Microsoft 365, Odoo, and other business systems through supported APIs, webhooks, Power Automate, and maintainable Python or JavaScript. Handle authentication, duplicate events, timeouts, and partial failures.

- Prioritize lead assignment and follow-ups, partner booking reconciliation, finance exception reporting, and HR administration.



Use deterministic rules for calculations and transparent business logic.

- Own testing, deployment, monitoring, support, and documentation. Track AI quality, exception rates, cost, latency, and staff time saved; investigate failures and improve the system.

- Implement least-privilege access, secure secrets, company-owned accounts, audit trails, and approval steps. Keep sensitive communications and material record changes under authorized human review. Housing eligibility, employment, payment, and contractual decisions remain with authorized staff.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
