? Position: Senior Admission Counsellor

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Compensation: Attractive Salary Package + Incentives

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in EdTech Sales.
- Minimum 1 year with the same organisation.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Currently working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
- Experience in achieving sales targets.
- Valuable communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners and understand their needs.
- Counsel learners and recommend suitable programmes.
- Manage follow-ups and drive conversions.
- Maintain lead details and updates in CRM.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and delivering a positive learner experience.
