Job highlights

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-endyear-end close process . Hands-on experience with accounting software packages,like Xero,Sage,QuickBooks,etc . Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP s and pivot tables
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements,Experience in the finalization of accounts
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
- Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules.
- Preparing Financial statements and other reports from base records for different organizations.
- Performing month-end closing activities for clients
- Updating Client MIS and other reports.
- Completes external audits by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.

Requirements:





- 3+years experience in accountingfinance
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and procedures
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements, Experience in the finalization of accounts.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-endyear-end close process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, etc
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP s and pivot tables.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both verbal and written

Education Qualification & Certifications:

- Should be a commerce graduate (M.com CA Inter ACCA or equivalent) Relevant certification (e.g., CPA CA) will be preferred.
