Requirements and Qualifications

Should be located in Kochi at present

M.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA Inter.

Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or corporate sectors.

Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime.

Strong knowledge of GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Robust analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage accounting activities independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Financial Management

Oversee daily accounting operations, ledger maintenance, and cash flow management.

Finalise books of accounts, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.





Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits.

Taxation & Compliance

Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9/9C filings.

Perform monthly GST reconciliations between GSTR-2B and the purchase register to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.

Handle TDS/TCS calculations, monthly payments, and quarterly return filings.

Financial Reporting & Systems

Prepare monthly MIS reports for senior management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally ERP/Prime.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and support reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
