– Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance activities, and support finance-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Passing daily accounting entries in the accounting system
- Managing sales, purchase, debit note, credit note, journal, and payment entries
- Handling Accounts Payable activities and vendor invoice processing
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Conducting Vendor Reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Managing Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation
- Coordinating with vendors for payment follow-ups and account clarifications
- Handling vendor management activities and maintaining proper records
- Working on GST and TDS calculations, workings, and return filings
- Assisting in statutory compliance and finance documentation
- Supporting budgeting and basic treasury-related activities




- Maintaining accurate financial records and MIS reports
- Assisting the finance team in audits and month-end closing activities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and robust organizational abilities

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations
- Basic understanding of treasury and budgeting processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
