Key Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2 years of relevant EdTech Sales experience mandatory for Academic Counsellor
- Strong sales, counselling, lead-conversion, and follow-up skills
- Ability to achieve and consistently meet sales/admission targets
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Good relationship-building and student counselling abilities
- Career stability with consistent tenure in previous organizations
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
- Explain relevant courses/programs and guide students through the admission process.
- Manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and consultations.




- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Handle student queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete counseling-to-admission cycle.
- Update and maintain accurate lead/customer information in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with strong EdTech sales experience, excellent communication skills, proven conversion ability, and reliable career history.
