Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic for client projects. Day-to-day activities include leading keyword research, overseeing on-page optimization, managing link-building initiatives, and coordinating with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

The SEO Team Lead will analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare reports,



and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This role also includes mentoring and guiding junior SEO specialists, staying current with search engine algorithm updates, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, with the ability to build data-driven SEO strategies.
- Hands-on experience in Link Building and off-page optimization to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to monitor and optimize performance.
- Background in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with an understanding of how SEO integrates with broader campaigns.
- Experience leading SEO projects or teams, including task allocation, quality review, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Positive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO fundamentals to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an agency or product-based environment and prior work with international clients is an advantage.
