We’re expanding our team and looking for a Full-Time SEO Specialist to manage and execute SEO strategies across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate combines robust SEO fundamentals with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Project Management

- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with each client's goals, industry, and target audience.
- Manage SEO activities across multiple client websites, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Build monthly action plans based on audits, performance data, and growth opportunities.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization

- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Map keywords to relevant service pages, landing pages, and blog content.
- Optimize existing content and provide SEO recommendations for new content.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve organic visibility.

On-Page SEO

- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and internal linking.
- Review page structure, content relevance, and user experience from an SEO perspective.
- Implement structured data recommendations where applicable.

Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexation, redirect, canonical, sitemap, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Identify website errors and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
- Monitor website health and verify completed technical fixes.





Off-Page & Local SEO

- Analyze backlink profiles and identify relevant link-building opportunities.
- Support ethical link-building strategies and backlink quality monitoring.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and local landing pages where applicable.
- Monitor local search visibility and maintain relevant local citations.

AI Search & Organic Visibility

- Understand how AI-powered search experiences and answer engines affect organic discovery.
- Apply relevant AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices, including clear content structure, useful answers, and credible supporting information.
- Monitor emerging search trends and recommend practical improvements without relying on unverified ranking claims.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance

- Monitor organic traffic, keyword visibility, clicks, impressions, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
- Use Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools to identify performance trends and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly client reports with key findings, completed tasks, next steps, and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate performance changes clearly and distinguish between completed work, observed results, and recommended actions.

Team Collaboration

- Work with content writers, designers, developers, and account managers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Maintain clear documentation, task trackers, and project updates.
- Follow established workflows and communicate progress, blockers, and priorities proactively.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience,



preferably managing multiple websites or client accounts.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and off-page SEO.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits and translating findings into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and website crawling tools such as Screaming Frog.
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and backlink analysis.
- Familiarity with structured data, Core Web Vitals, and website performance monitoring.
- Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search developments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
- A results-focused approach, with the ability to explain SEO performance and recommendations clearly.

Compensation Details

- Employment type: Full-time
- Work arrangement: Fully remote

- Salary: $400–$500 per month, based on experience and skills.

We are a US-based agency with a global team. Occasional meetings with our founder may be required during US hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST.
