We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement Agile principles and practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project metrics and reports to track progress and performance.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile tools and technologies such as Jira or Asana.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles and patterns.
- A degree in B.Tech/B.E. is required.
