Arnsoft is looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure effective and timely project delivery.

Candidates with experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain, logistics, or inventory management technology projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint commitments to support predictable delivery.
- Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks that may affect project timelines.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, user story definition, and acceptance criteria.
- Track project progress and communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, transparency, and a self-organizing team culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, delivery quality, and Agile processes.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.

Preferred Domain Experience – Warehouse & Supply Chain
- Experience working on warehouse management systems, inventory management, order processing, or logistics applications.
- Understanding of warehouse workflows, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing,



dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to coordinate with business and technical teams to translate operational requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Exposure to warehouse automation, ERP integrations, inventory visibility, or supply chain optimization projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint activities.
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Solid problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related technology domains.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing cross-team dependencies.

Work Location & Schedule
- Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Work Mode: 100% onsite; work from the office is mandatory.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Candidates should be comfortable working onsite from the Hyderabad office.
- Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Scrum Master who can drive Agile execution, facilitate effective collaboration, and improve delivery outcomes. Experience in warehouse or supply chain technology projects will be an added advantage.
