SCHOOL CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT

Position: School Customer Care Executive / School Customer Support

Purpose

To coordinate with schools and ensure smooth handling of school uniform requirements, orders, deliveries, and customer support from order confirmation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with schools regarding uniform requirements, designs, sizes, quantities, and specifications.
- Handle school enquiries and provide timely responses and updates.
- Follow up on school orders, purchase orders, approvals, and production status.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, packing, and dispatch teams.
- Track order progress and ensure timely delivery to schools.
- Maintain school-wise order details, size details, and delivery records.
- Handle complaints related to size, quality, colour, stitching, missing items, or delivery.
- Coordinate for replacements, alterations, and pending items when required.
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with school representatives.
- Share dispatch details, invoices, delivery challans, and other required documents.




- Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to the management.
- Ensure all school requirements are recorded and followed up until closure.
- Maintain good qualified relationships with schools and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Problem-solving and complaint-handling ability.
- Knowledge of school uniform / garment order processes will be an added advantage.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
