Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Skilled to spearhead our school s marketing, outreach, and student admissions strategy. This role bridges digital campaigns with on-ground community engagement to expand school visibility, build community trust, and drive enrollment targets across preschool through senior grades.

Responsibilities

Offline &

- Community Outreach

- Plan and execute local BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns, including residential apartment activations, preschool tie-ups, and educational fairs.

- Coordinate on-campus engagement events such as Open Houses, Annual Days, Sports Meets, and curriculum workshops to engage prospective parents.

- Manage vendor relationships for school collateral, outdoor hoardings, print flyers, and event signage.

- Partner with the Admissions Desk to track lead-to-enrollment conversions and organize guided school tours.

Digital &

- Online Marketing

- Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to highlight campus life, academic achievements, and school culture.

- Coordinate lead generation efforts through targeted meta-ads, Google search ads, and local SEO to capture parental inquiries.

- Oversee the school website s content updates, parent testimonials, and blog posts.

- Monitor admission inquiry channels, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communication funnels.

Operations &

- Team Collaboration

- Work cross-functionally with academic coordinators, front-office personnel,



and support services to deliver a smooth visitor experience during events.

- Provide logistical guidance during school events, coordinating with campus administrative and support staff (security, maintenance, housekeeping) to maintain event standards and safety.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing ROI, footfalls, inquiry pipelines, and campaign conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing (mandatory).

- Experience: 2-6 years of end-to-end marketing experience; prior experience in K-12 schools, higher education institutions, or ed-tech is strongly preferred.

- Location: Must currently reside in Bangalore and be open to daily on-site travel to the campus.

- Hybrid Skill Set: Balanced comfort with on-field BTL activations as well as digital platform oversight.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication; working proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is an added advantage for local outreach.

- Stakeholder Management: High degree of empathy, poise, and professionalism when interacting with prospective parents and children.
