: Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a responsible and communicative Telecalling Executive to support our daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for contacting schools, explaining our software solutions, understanding their requirements, and coordinating appointments for further discussions or product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions.
- Introduce our school management software and explain its features.
- Understand customer requirements and maintain proper call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested schools and update lead information.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective customers.

Requirements:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone calls.
- Willingness to learn about software products and customer requirements.
- Freshers may apply.
