Note- The 3 month internship is unpaid; post completion of internship, PPO based on performance could be given to the candidate with a salary structure of 15k - 20k.

Job Role

This position requires individuals to provide career counseling services and support students in career exploration, guidance, and planning under supervision of a licensed counselor.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in one-on-one and group career counseling sessions
- Recommend suitable courses, programs, and career pathways based on each person's profile and aspirations.
- Conduct Career Workshops for students guiding them about various career avenues.
- Use psychometric and aptitude assessments and interpret the results for clients.
- Help students with college/career research, resume building, and interview prep




- Support administration and interpretation of career assessment tools
- Maintain student records and counseling documentation

Qualifications & Education

Currently pursuing/recently completed post graduation or graduation degree in Psychology.
