Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolders to assemble, erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures at construction or industrial sites. The candidate must be familiar with scaffolding materials, work-at-height safety procedures, and site safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Erect, assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved plans and instructions.
- Inspect scaffold components, including tubes, couplers, boards, frames, and fittings.
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and suitable for the intended work.
- Install guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and other required safety components.
- Follow work-at-height procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report damaged materials, unsafe structures, and workplace hazards.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and scaffolding materials properly.
- Follow site safety standards and applicable regulations.

Required Skills




- Practical knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling.
- Understanding of scaffold components and safe working practices.
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of PPE, fall protection, and hazard identification.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- ITI, vocational training, or scaffolding certification preferred, where applicable.
- Relevant construction or industrial-site experience preferred.
- Physically fit and medically suitable for working at heights.
- Willingness to work at project sites and in shifts, if required.
- Valid safety training certificates preferred.

Safety Requirements
- Use appropriate PPE and fall-protection equipment.
- Never use incomplete or uninspected scaffolding.
- Work only within the scope of training and authorization.
- Follow site-specific safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Salary: As per experience, skills, and project requirements. Work Location: Construction / Industrial Project Site.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
