- Solution Design: Design and maintain application and technical architecture components aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Application Management: Manage application enhancements, configuration, upgrades, data migration and the application lifecycle.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing activities, prepare test plans and test cases, identify and report defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality.
- Project Management: Coordinate implementation of application enhancements and upgrades, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and service-level requirements.
- Application Support: Handle Level 3 support, manage incidents and problems, and ensure application performance and availability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users,
global and regional IT teams, project managers, consultants and technology vendors.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
- Experience with customer planning and forecasting applications, such as SAP CRM-TPM, TPPM, CBP and ATMA.
- IT project management and application implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of FMCG business processes and commercial operations.
- Excellent analytical, Excel and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multi-application workplace and coordinating with business and technical teams.
