- Strong understanding of project methodology and life cycle processes
- Valuable communication and presentation skills

Hands-on configuration experience in:

- Core System Security & System Configurations
- Organizational Entities & Foundation Data
- Learning Architecture & Content Delivery
- Verification & Testing
- Integration with external content platforms (e.g., Open Content Network)
- Competency mapping (Synchronize BizX Job Profile Builder - JPB)
- Content objects (Importing SCORM, AICC, or xAPI-compliant e-learning modules)
- Using Learning History Connector or Data Import Tool
- Basic knowledge of PMGM
- Basic knowledge of SPCDP
