Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to clients.

- Implement, configure, and maintain EC modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management, Analytics etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

- Troubleshoot issues related to EC implementation and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation projects.

- Robust understanding of B.Tech in Computers or equivalent degree required.

- Proven track record of working on at least one full cycle implementation of an SAP HCM module (Core HR preferred).

- Experience with integration between different SAP modules like Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Suite etc.
