- As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) suite

- This role involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, understanding talent management processes, and leveraging SuccessFactors modules to enhance HR capabilities

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and analyze talent management and HR process requirements

- Understand the organization's goals and align SuccessFactors configurations accordingly

- SuccessFactors Implementation:Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, and others

- Customize SuccessFactors to meet specific organizational needs

- Employee Central:Implement and optimize the core HR functionalities in Employee Central, including personnel administration, organizational management, and employee data management

- Performance Management:Configure performance management processes, including goal setting,



performance reviews, and competency assessments

- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and individual development plans

- Compensation Management:Implement compensation management processes within SuccessFactors

- Configure salary structures, bonus plans, and other compensation-related modules

- Learning Management:Configure and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) within SuccessFactors

- Develop training programs, assign courses, and track employee development

- Recruitment and Onboarding:Configure recruitment and onboarding processes within SuccessFactors

- Streamline the hiring process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

- Integration with Other Systems:Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other HR-related systems

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants for end-to-end HR processes

- User Training:Provide training to HR professionals and end-users on utilizing SuccessFactors functionalities

- Create training materials and documentation to support user adoption

- Reporting and Analytics:Implement reporting and analytics solutions within SuccessFactors

- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics
