- The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) modules to streamline our procurement processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Responsibilities
- SAP PTP Module Configuration:Configure and customize SAP PTP modules, including Procurement, Materials Management (MM), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), to align with business requirements
- Design and implement SAP PTP enhancements to improve procurement processes
- Integration with Other SAP Modules:Ensure seamless integration of SAP PTP modules with other SAP modules, such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
- Collaborate with ABAP developers for any required custom enhancements




- Procurement Process Optimization:Analyze existing procurement processes and propose improvements using SAP PTP functionalities
- Provide expertise in optimizing procurement workflows and automating manual processes
- Supplier Collaboration:Implement and enhance supplier collaboration processes through SAP SRM or other relevant tools
- Foster solid relationships with key suppliers to improve collaboration and efficiency
- User Training:Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for SAP PTP module users
- Ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing SAP PTP functionalities
- Support and Issue Resolution:Provide functional support for SAP PTP end-users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PTP-related problems in a timely manner
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP PTP configurations, enhancements, and processes
- Ensure documentation aligns with best practices and industry standards
- Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal control standards
- Implement and maintain security measures for SAP PTP modules
